Our Partner – Atlantis Fire

McCoy Fire & Safety is proud to be part of the Atlantis Fire family of companies. Our partnership is rooted in shared values, long-term thinking, and a commitment to people-first fire protection.

Atlantis Fire is not a private equity roll-up or a short-term investment group. It is a fire protection–focused organization built to support strong local companies, preserve culture, and create lasting value for customers and employees alike.

Why Atlantis Chose McCoy Fire & Safety

What drew Atlantis Fire to McCoy was not just growth potential. It was leadership and culture.

Vince McCoy and his team built McCoy around service, accountability, and trust. That approach closely mirrors the philosophy behind Atlantis Fire: invest in people, support operators, and build companies that customers rely on year after year.

McCoy’s reputation, rapid growth through word of mouth, and deep customer relationships made it a natural fit within the Atlantis family.

What the Partnership Means for Our Customers

For McCoy customers, the Atlantis partnership strengthens what already works.

McCoy remains locally led and relationship-driven. The same team answers the phone. The same technicians show up. The same commitment to service stands behind every system.

What Atlantis adds is support:

• Long-term operational stability
• Shared best practices across fire protection companies
• Access to additional expertise and resources
• Infrastructure that supports responsible growth

The result is a stronger McCoy Fire & Safety and the continued personal service our customers depend on.

Built for the Long Term
